It has been a long road to writing fiction. I am a former journalist of many years who has been fooling around with writing fiction for a decade now.

I started writing historical romance and actually sold my second book (don’t ask about the first) to a digital publisher only to see the publisher go bankrupt just before publication. So I self published only to sell the book again to a second publisher. After that contract expired I went back to self publishing.

Recently I decided to start publishing under my own name. I am still experimenting with what to write from children’s books to young adult fiction to adult historical fiction to contemporary adult.

I’m a fan of strong women and strong men both of whom battle to overcome the struggles they encounter in life. I would like to blog for you about my favorite books and what I’m reading.
